The MHS boys basketball team came through in the 4th quarter on Monday in a 61-47 win over Steamboat Springs. The win advances the Indians into the Final Four.

“It’s a tribute to this team. I knew we had a great group of guys when I moved here freshman year. This is my vision,” Junior forward Luke Hutto said.

“We played well. We did what we needed to do and as a result we pulled away with the win and extended our season another couple of days,” junior forward Ashden Oberg said.

The Indians are scheduled to play on an underdetermined date against an undetermined opponent. The Indians could either play #2 seeded Longmont or #7 seeded Pueblo South.

“Looking forward to it,” Oberg said.
